It all started with a vision to create a space where women in tech could come together to share, learn, and support each other. From our humble beginnings as a local group to a thriving national community, we’ve remained committed to our core values of empowerment, education, and community.

2022
TEMCA Women’s Network was founded to support women in technology through mentorship, networking, and career development.

2023
- Hosted our first major tech career fair, connecting women with top companies in the industry.
- Launched career-focused channels to support women transitioning into tech, growing in leadership, and reskilling in AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Established the mentorship program, pairing women with industry professionals to provide career guidance.

2024
- Expanded our tech workshops, offering structured multi-week training programs in AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Project Management.
- Applied for and actively sought grants and sponsorships to scale our impact.
- Grew our membership platform, developing a hybrid model that includes both free and paid tiers to provide tailored support to our community.
- Hosted multiple virtual and in-person events, including leadership panels, resume-building sessions, and negotiation workshops.
Successfully launched faculty and mentor recruitment for our growing training initiatives.

2025(Current Year)
- Preparing for the International Women’s Day Conference, featuring expert discussions on workplace rights, leadership, and mental health.
- Launching a paid membership platform, offering exclusive career resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
- Expanding our grants and sponsorship outreach to provide more scholarships and funding opportunities for women in tech.
- Scaling our multi-week training workshops to help women gain industry-recognized certifications and land tech roles.
